Do not go for airtel any more. Bad Service. Looter. Looting your money without your information. Activate service when ever they have fund insufficient and deduct from your balance.

Nodal Officer Sonam Kapoor contact number 9945500121 is switched off since hours.

Got SMS “Thank You for Subscribing to Airtel Blog (RadhikaP). You have been charged Rs. 10 for 10 Days on my mobile no. 7259717525

I have not subscribed for any airtel blog. Even my mobile is not capable of using blog. Even gprs or any other internet connection is not activated on my mobile.

Good strategies. Charged Rs. 10 from 1 crore customer which Rs. 10 crore. Refund Rs. 10 to 10000 customer over complain i.e. Rs. 100000. Net Profit 9 crore 99 lakh.

Checked my balance. It was Rs. 39.79.

Complained airtel showroom Dr. Rajkumar Road. Not supportive. Help not received. Redirected towards hotline to talk with Customer Care 121.

Wasted time with 121 customer care, Deactivated service and told to get balance in 1 hour. Interaction ID is SCREDT061579261900

Did not got Rs. 10 added in Rs. 39.79. Again went to the same hot line. Talked more than 30 minutes. Disconnected call several times in between.

They told Rs. 10 added in your account. After that balance is Rs. 39.79. Clearly Wrong. White lie.

Asked for show me all my call transaction made. 121 executive told not to share with me. After long wait told to give phone to showroom executive.

Showroom executive excuse as application down but they were working on application and accepting collection from other customer. Clearly lie again.

Showroom exective disconnected all without giving me phone again.

Called again to 121 customer care, they gave me nodal officer Sonam Kapoor, seems name matching with indian actress, mobile no. 9945500121 is switched off since hours.

Not happy with airtel service, hence forced to contact airtel on twitter publicly to get refund and not do this kind of transaction in future.

Airtel – Activating cricket service automatically

My mobile no. is +91 9898466592. Airtel has once for a second time activated services without my prior notice. From past few days I have been charged Rs1/day for cricket alerts which I haven’t activated. This service is activated by Airtel. Because of this service activated by Airtel I have to the penny. Every time inconvenience is caused is cost to us, and additionally for deactivating the alert we are charged when we call customer services. We want a CASH back.

Also, I am looking forward to send a copy of my complain to TRAI.

airtel – charged unnecessarily from Airtel by actiavting 6 services

my number is 09665714110 In the past few months, I have been charged unnecessarily from Airtel. They were charging me for cricket match day,JOB alerts,airtel friends chatservice. This service was not activated by me but still they charged This continued for about a month & when I made a complaint, I was told the service has been activated by me, which I have never activated. I was not even capable to Deactivated that service… Airtel has charged me nearly Rs.200 for services which I have not activated.

Many customers including senior citizens visit my shop daily to get their mobile recharged. They have been complaining constantly about deductions by the mobile companies. Among all of these I found a customer (Age 70 Years) of Airtel on whose mobile Airtel Company has applied a record number of SIX VAS such as Facts 55382, JOB Alerts, Airtel Call Manager, Karwa Chauth Pack, Kareena Kapoor, All Cricket Pack.

Airtel company has been deducting a huge amount from his credit balance every month mercilessly. ( For Proof See Image Attatched )
*Suppose for example you or any of your friend/known have an Airtel mobile connection.

You can check it like this.

You will get back a message like this if their is a VAS on you mobile.

Airtel – Activating Airtel Live services even though not activated by me

In the past few months, I have been charged unnecessarily from Airtel. They were charging me for BIKINI ALERT service. This service was not activated by me but still they charged me Rs.1 per day. This continued for about a month & when I made a complaint, I was told the service has been activated by me, which I have never activated. I was not even capable to Deactivated that service… Airtel has charged me nearly Rs. 50 for service which I have not activated. On talking with customer care representative they just Deactivated service & didn’t even pay back the CASH they have charged me..

From : Pratik Jara jaldi kuchh kare…aur mujhe call na karke sms bheje.Mere paas faltu time nahi hai.

Phone number 9897073555, My April bill is generated for 7000+ Rs, out of which 5900 is for value added services.
The services is used from 7th March (11:00pm) till 8th March (6:30 am).

I confirm that my phone is very basic and does not have Facebook facility and neither Airtel live is used.
I have checked that these services are not used by any other member of my family.

I have made repeated complained at email address “nodalofficer.del@airtel.in”, nodalofficer@airtel.in
and nodalofficer.upw@airtel.in I always get acknowledge mail and SMS at my cell phone but still no resolution.
